spaghetti, fettuccine, taglierini, fusili, bucatini, and two savory filled raviolis. Of course no pasta dish is complete without a delectable sauce. That's why we also offer 28 different sauces to explore! Our chef buys the finest tomatoes; crushes and strains them himself to make the fresh, fruity, almost sweet base product known as passata di pomodoro. From this base sauce he is able to create red, cream and mixed sauces. |
